These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clothes website and laundry subscription services (“Services”). By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Overview

Clothes provides residential laundry pickup and delivery subscription services. Services include washing, drying, and folding laundry based on the selected subscription plan.

Commercial or business laundry services are not available at this time. unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals 18 years or older.

Service is limited to residential customers only.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if usage appears commercial in nature.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

All services are provided on a subscription basis.

Billing occurs automatically according to the selected plan.

Active and confirmed payment is required to receive service.

If payment cannot be verified, pickups will be paused immediately until payment is reinstated.

4. Branded Laundry Bags Requirement

Only Clothes-branded laundry bags are accepted.

Bags must be securely closed and sealed at pickup.

Laundry submitted in non-branded or open bags will not be serviced.

Customers are responsible for using bags properly.

5. Bag Replacement & Return Policy

Each customer is entitled to one bag replacement included in their plan.

Additional replacement bags may be charged to the customer.

Upon cancellation or termination of service, all branded laundry bags must be returned.

Failure to return bags may result in replacement fees.

6. Pickup & Delivery Conditions

A responsible person must be present at pickup and delivery unless otherwise approved.

Missed pickups due to access issues or absence are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

We reserve the right to delay or reschedule service for safety, access, or operational reasons.

7. Detergent & Fabric Care

Standard detergent is used for all plans by default.

Premium Plan members may choose from available detergent and fabric softener options.

Customers may supply their own detergent if preferred.

Clothes is not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects or care label inconsistencies.

8. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be serviced:

Items requiring dry cleaning

Items with excessive pet hair, oil, or hazardous materials

Items not suitable for machine washing

We reserve the right to refuse items at our discretion.

9. Lost or Damaged Items

Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, fading, or fabric weakness are not covered.

Liability, if approved, is limited to the fair market value of the item.

Clothes is not responsible for items left in pockets.

10. Membership Suspension & Termination

Clothes reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership at any time, with or without notice, and without providing a reason.

Service may be terminated for policy violations, misuse, or non-payment.

Termination does not waive outstanding obligations.

11. Plan Differences

Basic Plan: Limited washes, 48-hour turnaround

Standard Plan: Increased washes, 24-hour turnaround

Premium Plan: Unlimited washes, priority same-day service, detergent & softener options

Service levels vary by plan but all plans are subject to these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clothes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for their own laundry’s condition and compliance with the subscription plan. Providing correct information for pickups and ensuring bags are available for our drivers is vital. Customers must adhere to specified guidelines for fabrics and items sent for cleaning to avoid damages and ensure quality service.
