Clothes Handles Clothes, operated by Compoundv LLC ("we", "us"), provides laundry pickup, wash, dry and fold, and delivery in Sacramento, California and surrounding areas.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancel any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to have your laundry ready and accessible at the scheduled pickup window. Delivery times are estimates. We may reschedule for weather, safety or access issues.
Please remove valuables, cash and personal items from garments. Tell us in advance about stains, delicate fabrics or special care needs. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, or for damage from pre-existing wear, defects or care labels that do not match the fabric.
If an item is lost or damaged by us, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited to the reasonable value of the item, up to $100 per item and $300 per order, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We may decline items that are heavily soiled, biohazardous, infested, or that require dry cleaning or specialty care.
